Some Florida curb appeal I find appealing, II...

Photographer I am not.  If I had let Josh break out his mack daddy camera and take these pics for me they'd be much nicer.  I didn't want to freak out the homeowners though, so I snapped all these with my little camera.  Have you ever checked out Hooked on Houses?  Now Julia knows
how to blog about houses the right way.

In any case, here are a few more pretty houses for you to take a gander at.  The first house on yesterday's post is my favorite so far.  Thanks to those who've posted their picks.  Keep checking back as I share more.   (Pssst...There will be a giveaway on the last post!)

Let's see if we can't find one you like today:

Beautiful tile roof, and the balconies call to my inner Juliet...

Entryway...the Florida sunshine was working against me...

Wrought iron fence and pretty posts...

I like the trim work around the windows, and the elegant entrance way...

Entrance with arched transom window...

A very similar balcony on another home, the bump out on the left catches my eye...

Close up of the balcony with double doors leading to it...

It is hard to capture the size of this home in a photo...

Covered breezeway leading to garage...

Hope you enjoyed today's homes, I've got a few more to share with you.

I'm off to get the Tea for One prize sent to my winner, Pink Ink.

Juliet wouldn't have time to stand on those balconies. She'd be too busy cleaning that castle.

OMGosh! Were you all listening in on my & Josh's conversation? That is exactly what I was telling him when he read about the 1st one being my favorite. He jokingly said "Let's buy it!" and I said "No way, because then I'd have to clean it, and I can't even keep this one (our much, much, much smaller home) clean!" To which he said "Doesn't it come with a maid?" And I replied, "Probably, but we'd have to pay the maid, so that wouldn't work either." Then I read these comments and cracked up that we all see them as just more cleaning! HA!

I love the Christmas decorations while it's still 90 degrees outside. My family use to love putting up Christmas lights on the palm trees around our home in Newport Beach.

I took alot of photo's of houses on Star Island. What I wouldn't do to have one. Now I like the first one best, but somehow me being a Missourian, it looks weird to see Christmas stuff with Palm trees!! lol

You don't give yourself enough credit! The pictures are great! What I wouldn't do for some of that weather right now--and of course any one of those homes would be nice. :)

Oooooh pretty! We're lucky to live in a pricey home for free while the owners/my cousins try to sell it. There was an agent open house today and I got chatting with a few of them. What a job... just going around with your friends checking out amazing houses. Ok there's way more to it, but I would definitely like that part of it! =)

You're so lucky to get to do what you love and get paid for it!
