To get to my kitchen.
I have something of a chicken collection. 23, I believe, the last time the kids counted. It started out innocently enough. As a child I played among Eucalyptus trees in the area where my Great-Grandma's chickens had their coups. They were all different, and so beautiful. Not the plain white ones we see in commercial settings here in the US. When I see a funky chicken I can't help but smile and think of carefree times.
The thing is...once you get more than one... they seem to multiply like bunnies.
What collections can be found
around your home?

A few dreamy Master Bedroom views,
from Josh's Current Listings...
In Hernando Beach, FL:
Gaze all the way to the Gulf of Mexico...
Gaze at your gazebo, boat dock, and extra-wide canal...while resting your head on your pillow...
In Tampa, FL:
A very affordable townhouse, with a priceless view...
Hope you enjoyed the quick peek!
See his website if you wanna poke around a bit more.
Pssst...I'm working on a give away because the amazingly gorgeous and inspiring Tara at TMI gave me a Lovely Blog Award, and I want to celebrate it right!
What's your dream view?

There is something infinitely healing
in the repeated refrains of nature
- the assurance that dawn
comes after night,
and spring after the winter.
- Rachel Carson
Sorry it has been a while since my last visit.
I haven't been feeling very well, and finally had emergency gall bladder surgery on Thursday.
I am slowly healing, and looking forward to getting back to normal. I'm thankful I have so many wonderful blogs to fill my time, and lift my spirits as I take it easy for a bit.
