Some Florida curb appeal I find appealing, IV...& Giveaway!

Today's the final day of pics...I had fun posting them and have ideas popping in my head (along with the sugar plums) of other types of posts I could do showcasing the variety of homes found around Spring Hill (ex: brightest houses).  At the end of this post is a GIVEAWAY!  Why?  Because the kids like picking a winner, they're lots of fun, and I like giving you stuff.

Rare two story...how big is that window?
I'm pretty sure that's the biggest window I've ever seen...

This one has a different look...I like the stone in the entry...

and the cathedral style windows...

This house is so big it's more like a hotel...

A big balcony...

Archway over the driveway...

Detached garage with RV door...

Now it's Giveaway time.

All you need to do to enter is comment this post and let me know which home was your favorite!

That's it.  Have more than one favorite?  Post more than once!
( Enter up to 11 times)

What am I giving away?  Well, something I've become addicted to recently, thanks to Cherry's Jubilee.  She posted about how good Glade's Clean Linen smells (just like Snew's favorite YC Clean Cotton!) and I picked some up and discovered she was absolutely right.  Here's your chance to check it out for yourself - on me.

1 Glade Scented Candle Holder, and 1 pack of refills in Clean Linen,

and a $10.00 CVS gift card.

These will come wrapped so you can put them under your tree as a gift from me,
or share them with someone else this holiday season!  Good luck!

Contest open until this Saturday at Midnight...Girls will be picking a winner Sunday afternoon.

I like the second one... the one with the stone entry and the cathedral ceilings. These homes are quite big! And very pretty. :)

I'm just getting started with a blog, so maybe next time I'll have a proper link for you!

My favorite was the one you showed a couple days ago with the turrets. What girl wouldn't love to live in a castle - right?

Want to win this one to mask the smell of mold and wood-shavings we are experianceing right now.

Oh, my gosh, I think that IS the biggest window above a door that I've ever seen. And then to have windowed doors and sidelights under it, too! Made me laugh. I bet it's really sunny and bright inside. :-)

Okay, you know me, I'm having a hard time choosing a favorite house because I can almost always find something to love in every one. I'm going to vote for the one in this post with the balcony over the door because I not only always thought it would be fun to have a second-floor balcony like that, but because of the arch over the driveway that I think is pretty cool.

What a fun giveaway!! -Julia

P.S. You should post your "brightest houses" on Monday and link up to my blog party! :-)

I like the one with the stone around the entry. The one with the huge windows makes me laugh myself to death. And how many of these are actually meeting their mortgages? That's what I want to know.
And also - giveaway? I want it!!

The first house I agree that is the biggest front window I have ever seen. Would hate to have to clean it too. Thank-you for the giveaway, happy holidays to you!

Hey Natalie~
I love the Spanish influence we have here, and I see you do as well. The older homes are my favorites, but I can enjoy some of the newer ones.
Thanks for stopping by.

Hi Donna! I'm planning on hitting the historic area of Brooksville and sharing pics. I'll be sure to shoot you a heads up when I do :) Older here in Spring Hill is '78, ha!

Thanks all who've entered so far! My favorite is still the 1st house in the 1st post.

(***note to Li - throw this one away, it's Titia :) ***)

I like the one that calls to your inner Juliet. I like the house with the entryway over the driveway also but you are right..it looks more like a hotel than a home. Its weird to see the grass all brown here in florida but the trees are all still green?!?

My gosh those homes are incredibly gorgeous. Nothing like that here in Indiana!!! I like the detached garage, I'm thinking that's about as big as most HOMES are here. As for the house I liked the most, number 1 - hands down. That front window area is incredible!! Oh the warm sun that would shine in... Wow.

I'd love to win the prizes!! Thanks for having such a fun give-away.

HEY!! I love those candle burners too! In fact, I use that same one at my house. I would love to have another for my other bathroom. Yay for giveaways!

You have listed some beautiful homes and I found myself teetering back and forth between the one with the ginormous front, entrance window and the one with the RV accessed detached garage....{sad thing is, that garage is probably as big as my house...maybe bigger}! :) I think I would choose the hotel-sized 'dream home' because it would have plenty of room to entertain!

Wow is all I can say, I could fit my house inside one room of that first one and last one I bet. I like the one with the cathedral windows best, but I bet I would not like the price tag. Merry Christmas!

Hugs!

When we buy a home we want one with a long/large driveway so our kids can ride their scooters/bikes/roller skates up and down, plus the sidewalk chalk possibilities.

So, I love the one with the arched entryway over the long driveway!

Thanks for the chance,

Rachel

Ooh - love the one with the cathedral windows. Purty! (But I would HATE to clean a house that big!!!)

I always forget its not as green in other areas of the country as it is here. That is, when the grass isn't covered in 3' of snow. :-)
